Liberty Home Products is proud to be doing our part to help reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. With the purchasing options we are making available to our customers, you will still be able to place an order for your shade products and have them installed before the summer heat hits!
In-Home Estimates: Liberty Home Products is still offering free in home estimating at this time. Our sales staff is exercising a no touch policy so, no hand shaking at this time. Our salesmen stop and wash their hands before every appointment and carry and use hand sanitizer before and after all stops. Our salesmen will be practicing the 6’ personal space whenever possible. We will update our website if this changes in the near future.
Showroom: We are still offering showroom consultations but they are by appointment only to allow us to clean and sanitize our showroom in between appointments. This will help keep our customers and employees at low risk for contacting the Covid-19 virus. Just call the office at 602-956-1642 to schedule the appointment and as with any showroom appointment, please bring your measurements and pictures of the areas you would like shaded and we will be able to provide you with pricing for all patio screen, solar shade and awning needs. Our showroom is open from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday but we have temporarily suspended our Saturday showroom hours at this time but we do expect to reopen the showroom on Saturday as soon as possible.
No Contact Estimates: Our new No Contact Estimating is ideal for those of you who do not wish to have a in home or showroom appointment but are still preparing for the heat of the upcoming summer. As with our showroom consultation, please have your measurements and photos of the areas you would like to be shaded. Once the order is placed, as with all our contracts, we will go out to your home for a physical technical measurement of the area the shade products are to be installed and you are not required to be home for this appointment. This will verify the contract can be built and installed as sold but If we discover a discrepancy and a change needs to be made, we will waive the change order fees. Installation dates will not be scheduled until after the technical measurement has been completed to insure both Liberty and our customers have verified and agree upon the final contract. All paperwork will be completed using email and Docusign for electronic signatures on the contract.
