Liberty Home Products is happy to aid you in the submission process through your Homeowner’s Association. Liberty cannot fill out the actual HOA application/submittal forms provided by your HOA, as all Homeowner’s Associations require that the homeowner applies and sign off on all necessary application forms. However, the HOA Packet will certainly assist you in the application process when you turn it into your HOA along with the application.
The HOA Packet includes a letter from us to your HOA containing information regarding our company, the product, and installation. It also includes photos of the product (so the HOA may see what the product looks like), as well as a sample of the color you chose.
Please complete the HOA Packet Request Form and your packet will be emailed directly to you within 2 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office.
* If you have already started your order and have turned in a deposit, Liberty would like to remind you that because you need to get approval from the HOA in order to install this product on your home, your order can be placed onto “HOA Hold” until you receive HOA Approval. However, you must contact our office to place an order on HOA Hold. If you do not contact our office to do so, your order will automatically be put through production.
* If you have placed an order on HOA Hold, please contact Liberty as soon as you receive approval, and we will put your order into production. Because your order must be placed “On Hold” until you receive the approval, the Lead Time (amount of time it takes to manufacture your order) does not start until after you notify Liberty of the HOA approval.
