Note: We only offer our maintenance and repair services on products that were installed by Liberty Home Products.
Please be specific in your description of the problem. You may also attach pictures to your email. We do offer a 2-year Labor Warranty on all products installed by Liberty. Within that one year, we will come out for free for any needed servicing due to improper installation or defective component. After your Labor Warranty period is over, we charge a $150 service fee to come out. If your Service problem is outside of the 2-year Labor Warranty terms, we charge the same standard fee of $150 to come out. If you would like to perform your own servicing, we can provide you with any necessary parts or components to do so.
